Am I required to have storage insurance?
Tenants are never required to have storage insurance, but we do have affordable insurance available. You can also contact your insurance company to learn about other options. Not required but recommended.
What can I do at the rental center?
Rent a storage unit, speak with a live operator for assistance, make a payment, check balances, update account information, or purchase a lock.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport.
What forms of payment do you offer?
Cash, credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks by auto-pay, online, over the phone, by mail, or onsite using our 24-hour kiosk rental center.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
Yes, we do. Our climate-controlled storage units are ideal for anyone who plans to store environmentally-sensitive items long-term. No need to worry about mold, mildew, rust, corrosion, and other items that may be susceptible to temperature or humidity damage.
